1. 확장 프로그램이 하는 일

토스토스 어시스턴트는 토스토스 주문관리를 쓰는 판매자(셀러)를 돕는 브라우저 확장입니다. 셀러가 직접 로그인한 쇼핑몰·소싱처(타오바오, G마켓, 옥션, 11번가, 쿠팡 등)에서 상품 검색, 구매내역·송장 확인, 주문서 배송지 입력을 셀러의 브라우저 안에서 대신 처리합니다. 결제는 처리하지 않으며 결제·주문 제출은 셀러가 직접 합니다.

2. 다루는 정보

사이트 연동 정보: 셀러가 [토스토스 연동하기]로 발급받은 연결 토큰. 이 브라우저(확장 저장소)에만 보관하며, 연동 해제 시 삭제됩니다.
소싱처 로그인 상태: 셀러가 각 소싱처에 로그인했는지와 표시 이름. 소싱처의 아이디·비밀번호는 읽거나 저장하지 않습니다.
상품·구매 정보: 셀러가 검색·선택한 상품, 소싱처 구매내역(주문번호, 상품, 수량, 금액, 상태), 택배사·송장번호.
구매자 배송 정보: 셀러의 마켓 주문에 있는 구매자 이름·주소·연락처·배송 메모. 셀러가 소싱처 주문서에 배송지를 넣을 때와, 구매내역을 주문과 맞출 때(받는 분·주소·송장 비교)에만 사용합니다. 소싱처 배송지록에 넣은 배송지는 다음 입력 때 확장이 지웁니다.
작업 기록: 최근 작업 50건(시각, 작업 종류, 성공 여부)과 결제 대기 상품 목록. 이 브라우저에만 보관하며 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다.
상품 사진 비교값: 같은 상품인지 판단하려고 썸네일로 계산한 짧은 값. 사진 자체는 저장하지 않습니다.

3. 정보를 보내는 곳

토스토스 사이트(https://tosstoss.co.kr): 셀러가 연동한 계정의 주문관리에 상품·구매·송장 정보를 저장하고, 주문서에 넣을 배송 정보를 받아옵니다. 사이트에 저장된 정보는 토스토스 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
셀러가 이용하는 쇼핑몰·소싱처: 셀러가 직접 이용할 때와 같은 요청을 셀러의 브라우저 로그인으로 보냅니다(검색, 구매내역·송장 조회, 배송지 저장·삭제).
그 밖의 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않으며, 광고나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

확장 안의 정보는 이 브라우저에만 있으며 확장을 삭제하거나 설정의 [데이터] 메뉴에서 지울 수 있습니다. 사이트에 저장된 주문관리 정보는 셀러가 주문관리에서 관리하며, 탈퇴·삭제 요청 시 관련 법령의 보관 의무를 제외하고 파기합니다.

1. What the extension does

The TOSSTOSS Assistant helps sellers who use TOSSTOSS Order Management. Inside the seller's own browser, and only on shopping and sourcing sites where the seller is signed in (Taobao, Gmarket, Auction, 11st, Coupang, etc.), it searches products, reads purchase history and tracking numbers, and fills the delivery address on checkout pages. It never makes payments; the seller places and pays for orders.

2. Data handled

Site link token issued when the seller links the extension to TOSSTOSS, stored only in this browser and removed when unlinked.
Sign-in status and display name on sourcing sites. Passwords are never read or stored.
Product and purchase data: products the seller searches or selects, purchase history (order numbers, items, quantities, amounts, status), carriers and tracking numbers.
Buyer delivery data (name, address, phone, delivery note) from the seller's marketplace orders, used only to fill the checkout address and to match purchases to orders. Addresses the extension adds to a sourcing site's address book are deleted on the next use.
Activity log (last 50 actions) and pending-purchase list, kept only in this browser and removable in Settings.
Image fingerprints computed from thumbnails to detect identical products; images are not stored.

3. Where data goes

TOSSTOSS (https://tosstoss.co.kr), to the seller's own Order Management account. Data stored there is governed by the TOSSTOSS privacy policy.
The shopping and sourcing sites the seller uses, with the same requests the seller would make, using the seller's own browser session.
No sale or sharing with other third parties; no advertising or analytics.

4. Retention and deletion

Data inside the extension stays in this browser and is removed when the extension is uninstalled or cleared in Settings. Order Management data on the site is managed by the seller and deleted on request, except where retention is required by law.
